Major Injury Crash Reported On Mines Road: CHP

A driver suffered major injuries after losing control of their car and crossing into the opposing lane, according to CHP.

LIVERMORE, CA — Two drivers were injured following a crash on Mines Road Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At around 9 a.m. Saturday, the driver of a white Nissan was driving fast and lost control navigating a left-hand turn at Mines Road just south of Tesla Road, according to CHP. This caused it to cross into opposing traffic and slam into a black pick up truck.

The driver of the white car suffered major injuries, while the truck driver suffered minor injuries. CHP posted photos that show both cars completely totaled in the front.
