Man Crawls From Partially Submerged Car Near Mines Road
Firefighters found the car upside down in the creek.
ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA — A person crawled from their overturned vehicle after crashing into a creek Friday night in unincorporated Alameda County, according to Alameda County Fire officials. Fire officials said firefighters along with the California Highway Patrol responded to a solo-vehicle collision on Mines Road just before 9 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found the vehicle on its roof and partially submerged in a creek.
According to fire officials, an occupant crawled from the vehicle and was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries. The CHP is investigating the incident.
