Man Killed In I-580 Crash Identified

LIVERMORE, CA — A man killed in a collision on Interstate Highway 580 in Livermore early Monday morning has been identified as 21-year-old Brandon Mills from Tracy, according to the Alameda County coroner's bureau. The collision was reported at 2:28 a.m. just west of First Street. It involved at least three vehicles, and at least one of them caught fire.

A Sig-alert was issued around 2:50 a.m. because of lanes being blocked, but it was canceled around 5:10 a.m. when all of the lanes were reopened.
