Meth, $1400 Found In Car In Livermore: Police

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police say a man was found with over five ounces of meth and $1,400 in cash.

On Monday at around 12:30 a.m., officers stopped a car on Fallon Road for a lighting equipment violation. Police found that the driver had an expired drivers license, and also noticed loose methamphetamine in plain view. Police searched his vehicle and found over five ounces of meth, a meth pipe, packaging, and more than $1,400 in cash.

The suspect was arrested on charges of transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
