The truck flipped over on the Isabel Avenue offramp, spewing garbage everywhere.
LIVERMORE, CA — The Isabel Avenue offramp to I-580 eastbound is blocked after a big rig truck overturned, according to the California Highway Patrol and 511.org. The driver was not hurt, CHP said.
The big rig overturned at 7:24 a.m. and completely blocked the offramp, according to the CHP log. CHP posted photos on Twitter that show the truck completely on its side, with garbage strewn all over the road.
In addition to the offramp, southbound 84 from Portola to 580 was also closed for several hours, according to the Livermore Police Department. The roads reopened at around 2 p.m.
