Peloton Bike, Apple Watch Giveaway For Livermore Blood Donors

TRI-VALLEY, CA — Want to win a free Apple Watch or a Peloton Bike? Livermore blood donors who visit upcoming Stanford Blood Center pop-up drives in Tri-Valley are eligible for a giveaway.

Anyone who gives blood at one of the center's drives in August will be automatically entered into a giveaway for eight Apple Watches, the blood center announced this week. Those who go a step further by booking a follow-up appointment beyond August will be entered into the bike giveaway.

The giveaway comes as the blood center kicks off its New Normal campaign to ask "current and potential donors to 'make blood donation part of your New Normal.'"

"As our community opens up and we find ourselves packing our schedules, making up for lost trips, time with friends, and so much more we’ve missed over these last few years, it’s critical we keep making time to support patients," the blood center said of its New Normal campaign. "While the world around us may be changing, the need for blood never has."
