Police Investigating Shooting Outside AM/PM

Surveillance footage shows man pulled handgun out and fired several shots. Police said man may have been shooting at person he got into an argument with.

The incident was reported at 11:20 p.m. Saturday at the on East Stanley Boulevard.

Initial reports said an unidentified man fired several shots into the air, police said.

Officers arrived at the scene and contacted a group of about 25 people.

Prior to the shots being fired there was an argument between two men in the parking lot near the front of the store, witnesses told police.

Video surveillance footage showed one of the men pulling out a handgun from a small red truck and firing the weapon, police said.

It appeared the man was shooting at someone, police said. Both the
suspect and the man he was targeting fled the area.

It is unknown if anyone was struck by the gunfire. No bystanders reported being injured as a result.

Evidence of gunfire was located at the scene, police said.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 18 to 20 years old, about 5 foot 8 inches to 5 foot 9 inches tall. His vehicle appeared to be a small
red Mazda or Ford pickup truck with an extra cab.
