Smoke Likely In Livermore With Prescribed Burn

Another burn started Friday as part of an annual effort.

LIVERMORE, CA — Expect to see smoke in the area as part of a prescribed burn with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Alameda County Fire Department.

Friday's burn started mid morning.

The annual prescribed burn began May 18 at the laboratory's experimental testing site. Burns are planned through August, weather permitting.
