Volunteers Sought For Livermore Valley Half Marathon

Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, snacks, and drinks. Course Marshal volunteers will receive free entry to a future run event.

LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Valley Half Marathon is seeking several volunteers next week. Volunteers are needed in the water station, shirt and medal distribution, course marshals, and more.

Each volunteer will receive a t-shirt, snacks, and drinks. Course Marshal volunteers will receive free entry to a future Oak Run Co. event.

  • Course Marshals - *must be 16 - 99 years old to volunteer for this task*
  • 17 vol positions to fill

The half-marathon race starts at S. Livermore Avenue and First Street in Downtown Livermore, and consists of a roughly three-hour loop through Robertson Park, Holdener Park, Wente Vineyard, Sycamore Gardens, and Olivina Arch.

Tickets are available here, and are on sale until March 6. $139 buys a spot in the race, a commemorative wine tasting glass, beer and wine tastings, an event t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, free photos, and more.
