19-Year-Old Shot, Killed In Long Beach Shooting
Detectives are investigating a shooting that killed a 19-year-old man Sunday night in Long Beach.

LONG BEACH, CA — Long Beach police are investigating a shooting that killed a 19-year-old man Sunday night in Long Beach.
Police responded to a report of a person who was shot in the 6200 block of Long Beach Boulevard at about 7:45 p.m. When police arrived they rendered medical aid until paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department arrived.
LBFD took the victim, identified as 19-year-old Long Beach resident Dante Williams, to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Homicide detectives are still investigating the motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting.
