Argument Escalates Into Shooting In Long Beach
A ma was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body after a shooting took place Monday night, LBPD said.

LONG BEACH, CA — A man was shot during an argument with an unknown number of people Monday night in Long Beach, police said.
The Long Beach Police Department received a report of a shooting in the 3000 block of Coolidge Street at about 8 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.
According to preliminary investigation results, the man was approached by an unknown number of suspects and they began to argue. The argument escalated when a suspect shot the victim and fled the scene.

Long Beach Fire Department paramedics transported the man to a hospital to treat his injuries. No additional injuries were reported.
