Celebrate The 4th Of July With Fireworks On Your Plate And In The Air
Finest fireworks viewing locations are at Fuego's waterfront patio or Hotel Maya's seaside pool, floating cabanas and outdoor bar
With delicious tastes on the plate and spectacular views in the air, the July 4th celebration is at Fuego’s waterfront restaurant and Hotel Maya’s seaside pool during the City of Long Beach’s 4th of July fireworks show over Queensway Bay. Fuego will offer a special Independence Day celebration with a BBQ feast dinner menu from 5-10 p.m., along with a live rock band, Mike Vitale & Co. in Fuego from 6-9 p.m.
The grill will be sizzling poolside on July 4th from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. featuring barbecue burgers and hot dogs, along with live entertainment from Mike The Steel Drummer from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pool party continues with Mike The Steel Drummer performing on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July from 1-4 p.m.

Get the party started and light up your taste buds with Fourth of July specialty cocktails, which will be available both poolside and in Fuego including Americarita with El Jimador tequila, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, agave, lime and strawberry; American Girl with 3 Olives Rosé vodka, lemonade and club soda; Fire Cracker with Cutwater Habanero vodka, strawberry, lime and Tajin; La Declaracion!! with Jack Daniel’s whiskey, pineapple and lime; and Lady Liberty with Domaine de Canton, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, orange, lemon and simple syrup.
Fuego’s Independence Day Dinner menu will be available from 5-10 p.m. offering a BBQ Cook Out station featuring BBQ Pork Ribs with a Jack Daniel’s barbeque sauce; Kielbasa Smoked Sausage with grilled Kielbasa sausage, sweet grain mustard, Julliene peppers and onions, and Hawaiian roll; Fuego Tacos including Spiced Grilled Chicken Tacos with cilantro, onion, fresh lime, Salsa Verde Cilantro Lime Skirt Steak Tacos with onion, cilantro, fresh lime and salsa roja, and Vegetarian Tacos with Portobello mushroom salpicon; and Elotes Callejeros. On The Buffet are Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, and Jalapeño Cornbread.

In addition to the BBQ, Fuego will be serving a variety of ala carte entrees including Grilled New York Steak with red chimichurri, Gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, steak potatoes, Arugula salad and fresh avocado; Seafood Enchiladas with jumbo lump crab meat, rock shrimp, roasted poblano sauce, black bean and corn relish; Mezcal Pollo Chipotle with chicken breast, smoked Mezcal butter, lime, Pignolas, spinach and mashed potatoes; Ropa Vieja with Cuban-style braised short rib, black bean purée, crisp corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, caramelized plantains and Serrano cream; and Pan-Seared Filet of Salmon with citrus Guajillo sauce, forbidden black rice, shaved fennel, Arugula and cucumber relish.
Enjoy Fuego Salads and On Bread specialties including Fuego Salad with baby greens, chile dusted pecans, goat cheese, heirloom tomatoes, cilantro, Fuji apples and creamy chipotle dressing; Side Caesar Salad with Romaine leaves, endive, Parmesan Reggiano, chili-dusted breadcrumbs and Caesar dressing and Mayan Burger with half-pounder Angus patty with cheddar or Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle, French fries or fruit, additional extras include Applewood smoked bacon and Avocado.
