As I age, I find I have to work harder to maintain my mobility and physical strength. Leo and Lina have kept me moving and motivated. I've learned not only how my body moves (or doesn't), but also nutrition. Working out in their gym is fun and challenging.

What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?

They are a small business and give you personal attention. Leo can adjust any workout to fit your needs.

If you could tell them one thing, what would it be?

Leo and Lina, thanks for not getting frustrated with my whining, and treating me like family.

What’s something you love most about your town or community?

I love Long Beach because it offers so much in the terms of entertainment, restaurants. It's halfway between destinations in LA and OC.
