1. Capt. Dick McKenna of the International Seafarers Center has teamed up with the LB Health Department to offer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to international sailors coming through the port. (Spectrum News 1)
2. The City Council will vote on zoning changes that would exempt the Belmont Beach Aquatic Center project from the regulations of the CA Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). LB home values are giving buyers sticker shock, but North LB is the forgotten gem that might appeal to those who are willing to take a gamble on what used to be more functional than visually enticing neighborhoods of the 9th District. 4. Crown Yacht Cruises is a new boat chartering company based in Alamitos Bay. Starting operations this month, it is a joint venture by Kingsbarn Realty Capital and London Boat Rentals of Long Beach. (The Log)
