Long Beach's Priciest Homes on the Market: Tudor

This week's find among the most expensive homes for sale in Long Beach is this historic manor overlooking the ocean.

Located on the bluffs high above the beach in more than 7,000 square feet is this stately and enormous house at 3065 E. Ocean Boulevard. The listing price, according to AOL Real Estate, is $2.9 million. It is among the highest-priced homes for sale in Long Beach. And on just shy of a half acre, among the largest properties.Β

Built in 1913, this distinctive Tudor Manor in Bluff Park has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms - and sweeping ocean views that include Catalina on a clear day. It boasts a detached garage. From the AOL.com post:

"An architectural masterpiece of over 7,000 square feet. A total of 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, period details throughout including 4 fireplaces, hardwoods, spacious main floor with formal dining room, formal library, 'morning room', huge front porch with views of Catalina Island and sunsets all on almost a half acre. Post World War II the stately manor was divided into 4 spacious living spaces currently rented as private apartments."
