Man Accused Of Attacking Federal Agents At Paramount Protest Arrested
Compton resident Elpidio Reyna made the FBI's "Most Wanted" list after hurling rocks at border patrol agents during a protest on June 7.

PARAMOUNT, CA — A man who made the FBI's "Most Wanted" list after federal authorities said he attacked border patrol agents conducting enforcement operations in Paramount last month has turned himself in.
Compton resident Elpidio Reyna, 41, is facing one count of assault on a federal officer. He made his initial court appearance on Wednesday afternoon, though it is unclear whether he entered a plea.
"To anyone who thinks they can attack federal officers and hide behind a mask or helmet, Reyna’s arrest today proves we can find and charge anyone who violates federal law," United States Attorney Bill Essayli said in a statement on X Wednesday. "Don’t touch our officers."

Reyna, according to the FBI, was caught on video hurling rocks at federal officers during an anti-ICE protest near a Home Depot in Paramount on June 7.

Following the incident in Paramount, the FBI immediately offered $50,000 reward for anyone with information leading to Reyna's arrest.
On Wednesday, the 41-year-old turned himself in at the United States-Mexico border, according to federal authorities.
"To anyone who thinks they can attack federal officers and hide behind a mask or helmet, Reyna’s arrest today proves we can find and charge anyone who violates federal law," United States Attorney Bill Essayli said in a statement on X Wednesday. "Don’t touch our officers."
