LONG BEACH, CA — Donors are rallying to help raise funds for a man who was killed in a crash near Cal State Long Beach earlier this month.
Jose Cesana Sr. was driving a box truck near Cal State Long Beach the morning of Sept.17, when the driver of a Tesla rear-ended him, according to police, who said the impact sent the truck into a wall before overturning onto its side.

The driver of the Tesla had been involved in a road rage incident with another car shortly before crashing into the box truck, according to the Long Beach Police Department. The crash left Cesana Sr. dead and two other people inside the box truck critically injured.
