A Long Beach man's shooting death is being investigated as a homicide, police announced.

LONG BEACH, CA — The Long Beach Police Department arrested a man they believe shot and killed his roommate on Tuesday.

Paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department determined the man, 64-year-old Tyrone Crawford, dead at the scene. Homicide detectives responded to the scene due to the nature of the incident, LBPD said.
