Missing 18-Year-Old Found Safe In Signal Hill

The teen, who is on life-sustaining medication, went missing this weekend but was found safe.

LONG BEACH, CA — Police found an 18-year-old who went missing Saturday in Signal Hill, authorities said.

Jamesse Abrielle Brown, who needs life-sustaining medication, was last seen by her mother leaving their home in the 2100 block of West Willard Street getting into a dark-colored, two-door vehicle at approximately 10 p.m. Saturday, the Long Beach Police Department reported.

She was found safe about 1:50 p.m. Sunday, police reported.

Brown, who suffers from a medical condition and requires medication, last talked with her mother via text message at approximately 11 p.m. Saturday indicating that she was with a male friend, police said.
