CARSON, CA- A missing 83-year-old woman despondent since her husband's death in December was found by Whittier police officers inside an outdoor mall in Whittier, the sheriff's department reported Wednesday morning.Irene Laski had been missing since about 8:50 a.m. Monday.She was found walking inside the Whittwood Town Center at 15466 Whittier Blvd. about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, Deputy Lisa Jansen said.Laski, who was in fair condition, appeared to be "confused and lost" when she was located, Jansen added.Laskin has now been reunited with her family, according to Jansen.— City News Service, photo courtesy of the LASD
