Missing Woman Last Seen In Long Beach Could Be Riding Metro Train: Police

A 22-year-old woman considered at-risk has been missing since Wednesday afternoon, and authorities are asking for help finding her.

LONG BEACH, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding an at-risk woman who was last seen in Long Beach on Wednesday afternoon.

Natalia Vargas, 22, was last seen around 3 p.m. in the 1700 block of Ximeno Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department. She may be using the Metro train to travel, the LBPD said.

Brown suffers from medical and cognitive issues, according to police.

Police described the 22-year-old as being 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and has a tattoo on one of her forearms that says "Lana," police said. She was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans and blue Vans shoes, according to authorities.

The LBPD asks that anyone who sees Brown or knows about her whereabouts contact the authorities at 562-435-6711.
