Motorcyclist Dies In Solo Crash In Long Beach: Police

The crash happened in the area of Clark Avenue and Conant Street early Wednesday morning, police said.

LONG BEACH, CA — A motorcyclist died early Wednesday morning when he crashed into a parked car in Long Beach, according to police.

Police say the man was speeding northbound on Clark Avenue towards Carson Street around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, when he crashed into a parked car. He died at the scene, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

The man's identity was not immediately released as the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's Office works to notify his family of his death.
