New York Investment Firm Buys 2 Properties in Marina del Rey

The buildings, worth $50.5 million, were 92 percent leased at the time of purchase.

Marina del Rey, CA — A New York-based investment firm recently bought two new office properties in Marina del Rey, the real estate news site Real Deal reported.

AllianceBerstein, or AB Global, bought the buildings 4551 and 4553 Glencoe Avenue, which had a combined price tag of $50.5 million. In addition, the firm also bought a building in Pasadena and two more in Colorado.

The two buildings were 92 percent leased at the time of the sale.
