Taste Of Downtown Series Returns To Long Beach
Sip, Shop & Stroll on May 3 is the first of three events highlighting local businesses in the Downtown Long Beach area.

LONG BEACH, CA — The Taste of Downtown Series returns for its 16th year next month, highlighting local restaurants and businesses in Long Beach through unique twists.
There are three events this year, starting with "Sip, Shop & Stroll" in Long Beach's historic East Village on May 3, from noon to 4 p.m.
Sip, Shop & Stroll will offer a unique opportunity to taste some of Long Beach's most beloved eateries, shop at local retailers, and enjoy live music, according to the event's organizers, the Downtown Long Beach Alliance.

“We are very much looking forward to welcoming the community again as the weather begins to warm,” Breann Robinson, manager of The Elemental Shop, told the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. "Sip, Shop, & Stroll supports us by bringing exposure to Long Beach and all the businesses that are family-run, local, and unique to our city.”

Although admission to all Taste of Downtown events is free, attendees must purchase tickets to exchange at food stations. Tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite for $1 each, not including fees, or at the event, according to organizers.
