SIGNAL HILL, CA — Two men were shot and wounded in Signal Hill, and one of them was hospitalized Thursday in critical condition, police said. The shooting occurred about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of East 19th Street, the Signal Hill Police Department reported. One man was wounded in the upper body and hospitalized in critical condition, police said. The other was wounded in the right leg and treated at a hospital and released, police said. No arrests were reported, and no description was released of a suspect or suspects. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call 562-989- 7214.City News Service
