Vehicle Hits Building After Early Morning Collision

Police said none of the three drivers involved sustained injuries.

Two vehicles crashed in Long Beach early Sunday morning and one hit a building, police said.

The accident occurred at 2 a.m. at 7th Street and Cherry Avenue, said Long Beach police Sgt. Aaron Eaton.

"The drivers did not sustain any injuries and the investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident," he said.

A video photographer at the scene said it appeared three vehicles were involved: a Ford Mustang, a new Dodge Charger and an older Ford Ranger pick-up truck loaded with cardboard.

He said the Mustang broke through the building, which was the El Mexicano Market.
