CARSON, CA — Drivers on northbound Interstate 110 should expect congestion Wednesday morning in Carson, according to authorities.

A Sigalert was issued, warning that the northbound I-110 transition to northbound Interstate 405 would be blocked from about 10-11 a.m. due to a disabled truck, California Highway Patrol said in a social media post.
