2 Killed In Two-Vehicle Crash In Jefferson Park

Two people were killed and a third person critically injured Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in the Jefferson Park area of LA.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Two people were killed and a third person critically injured Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in the Jefferson Park area of Los Angeles.

Firefighters responded at 3:40 a.m. to the 3700 block of South Arlington Avenue and found three people trapped in the wreckage, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene and a third was freed from the wreckage and taken to a hospital in critical condition, Stewart said.

The ages and genders of the victims were unknown, she said.

The crash was under investigation by Los Angeles police.
