Mass Shooting In LA County Leaves 1 Dead, 3 Injured As Group Attacked In Vehicle: Police

Several people approached the vehicle and opened fire before fleeing the scene, according to police.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CA — A man was killed and three others were injured when they were attacked by a group of shooters while sitting in a vehicle in East Los Angeles, according to police.

The shooting occurred around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, and deputies responded to the 4700 block of Telegraph Road for a report of a gunshot victim and found the men suffering from their injuries, police said.

One of the men died at the scene, while the other three were taken to a hospital, with two in critical condition and one in stable condition, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The four men were in a vehicle when several people approached and opened fire before fleeing on wheels, going north on Arizona Avenue, police said.
