Human Remains Found At North Hills Home: LAPD

Detectives were investigating the death in connection with a missing persons case from June, police said.

LOS ANGELES — Human remains were found at a home in North Hills, police said Tuesday.

Detectives were called to the scene at a home in the 16200 block of Community Court between Woodley Avenue and Woodley Place, according to police, who posted on social media about the discovery just before 4 p.m. Detectives suspect the remains could be related to a missing persons case from June, police said.

The Los Angeles County coroner's office was at the scene and will identify the remains, according to police.
