Britney Spears Hotel Meltdown Yields Paramedic Response: Reports

Police were called as well for a report of a woman who looked like Spears harassing and threatening workers and guests, according to TMZ.

LOS ANGELES — Emergency personnel were called overnight to the Chateau Marmont after Britney Spears and her boyfriend, Paul Soliz, got into a loud and disruptive fight, according to reports.

Police initially responded around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to the hotel for a report of a woman who looked like Spears harassing and threatening workers and guests, but officers left when they saw no signs of trouble, according to TMZ.

Paramedics later responded about 12:40 a.m. Thursday after the couple got into a physical altercation, TMZ reported, citing sources, with Spears screaming and possibly injured. Medics made contact with a tearful Spears, who had a pillow and blanket as she left the hotel, according to TMZ.

Spears, who lives in Thousand Oaks, departed with security and was home safe Thursday, Page Six reported, citing sources.

The singer took to Instagram on Thursday to declare "the news is fake."

"I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally," she wrote in a post on the social media platform. "They never came in my room but I felt (completely) harassed. I'm moving to Boston!!!"
