SoCal Mom Missing After 'Significant' Amount Of Blood In Her Home
A 25-year-old woman was believed to be at-risk after police responded to a call about "suspicious circumstances" at her home.

SIMI VALLEY, CA — Police in Southern California were searching for an "at-risk" 25-year-old woman over the weekend after authorities found a "significant amount of blood" in her home last week.
Police were called to Rachel Castillo's home in Simi Valley on Thursday night to respond to a report of "suspicious circumstances," the Simi Valley Police Department said in a news release.

Castillo is 5-foot-2 and 105 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has two young sons who were dropped off with their father earlier on the day she went missing, the San Francisco Gate reported.
Her sister, Emily Castillo, told ABC7 that she came home to a startling scene.

"As soon as I saw the blood, that's when I realized something wasn't right," Emily Castillo told the LA station. "So I called my mom to let her know to come over and then I immediately called 911."
As of Sunday, Castillo still had not been found.
