California Pizza Kitchen Launches New Summer Dishes

Here’s a fresh take on California Pizza Kitchen’s new summer lineup, including fresh entrée salads and innovative craveable pizzas.

CPK has added three standout entrée salads now available on their permanent menu. They include the Crispy Chinese Dumpling Salad with crunchy chicken dumplings on Napa & red cabbage, cucumber, carrots, scallions, and cilantro. The salad is tossed in honey‑miso dressing, finished with sesame seeds and Mr. Bing chili crisp.

The new Charcuterie Salad includes mixed greens and fresh basil with applewood‑smoked ham, salami, Brie, Parmesan, green apples, and candied walnuts and is paired with mustard‑herb vinaigrette and sesame cracker rounds.

The Steakhouse Salad includes grilled filet mignon, crispy smashed potatoes, slow‑roasted cherry tomatoes, red onions and Gorgonzola served on baby arugula & chopped lettuce. The dressing is a Dijon‑balsamic tangy blend.

CPK has also added a limited time Burrata Panzanella Salad with creamy burrata on heirloom tomatoes, garlic ciabatta croutons, cucumbers, chickpeas, basil, and oregano over arugula and basil with a lemon-herb vinaigrette.

The pizza lineup also has new additions including the Original BBQ Chicken Mac N’ Cheese ad the new Burnt Ends Mac N’ Cheese. The BBQ Chicken Mac N’ Cheese includes grilled checken with BBQ sauce, smoked Gouda and Mozzarella cheeses, red onions and is baked with mac and cheese. The new Burnt Ends Mac N’ Cheese includes smoked brisket burnt ends with BBQ sauce baked into a blend of smoked Gouda and Mozzarella cheesed and tangy picked red onions.

There is also a new Braised Short Rib Ragu with braised short rib, pasta and housemade ragu with tomatoes, cream, garlic and parsley.

For dessert, CPK rolls out a new mini butter cake flight with bite-sized butter cakes served with vanilla ice cream.
