Charred Body Found Within Travel Trailer In Los Angeles
Firefighters quelled the vehicle fire but the remains of an adult man were found within the trailer.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A man's body was found inside a charred travel trailer that had caught fire in Sun Valley early Saturday, authorities said.
Firefighters responded to the scene at 4:34 a.m. to 8221 N. Vantage Ave., where the recreational vehicle was parked in a driveway between two homes. Crews had the fire out by 4:51 .m., Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a statement.
"Firefighters held flames to the trailer, with heat damage to the eaves of both adjacent homes," he said. "The remains of an adult male were subsequently discovered within the charred remnants of the recreational vehicle."

The cause of the fire was still under investigation.
