LOS ANGELES, CA — As federal agents raided homes connected to Sean “Diddy” Combs this week, a producer who previously accused the hip-hop mogul of sexual misconduct added Cuba Gooding Jr. to his lawsuit, according to reports.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who produced Combs' 2023 "Love Album," sued Combs in February, accusing the rapper of and his associates of sexual misconduct and other illicit behavior. Among Jones' allegations is that Combs tried to groom him into sex with another male producer, the Los Angeles Times Reported.

On Monday, federal agents raided homes in Holmby Hills and Miami Beach connected to Combs as part of an investigation into sex trafficking allegations, the Times reported. The investigation comes after Combs has been accused of sexual assault and sex trafficking in multiple civil lawsuits over the last several months filed by various people, including Jones and Casandra Ventura, better known as the R&B singer Cassie.

On the day of the raids, Jones amended his lawsuit to list the Oscar-winning Gooding as a defendant. The producer claims Gooding fondled his inner thighs, the small of his back and his shoulders after the pair were introduced by Combs on a yacht last year, the Times reported.

"Mr. Combs encouraged Cuba Gooding Jr. to continue his assault on Mr. Jones when he said that Cuba Gooding Jr. should privately get to know Mr. Jones better," the lawsuit reads.

Other defendants include Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina “KK” Khorram, whom Jones' lawyer described as “the Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs' Jeffrey Epstein," the Times reported.

Monday's raids by Homeland Security Investigations occurred at a home in Holmby Hills neighborhood, which is owned by a company led by Combs, and another home in Miami Beach connected to the mogul, the New York Times reported.

Officials haven't confirmed the impetus for the raids or whether they're connected to Combs, but the LA Times, citing law enforcement sources, reported the searches were conducted as part of an investigation into sex-trafficking allegations.

Combs’ attorney Aaron Dyer in a statement to media said Combs was innocent and called the raids a "witch hunt."

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” Dyer said. “Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

In addition to the Jones lawsuit filed this year, four other people filed suits against Combs at the end of 2023, accusing him of rape, sex-trafficking a minor, assault and other abuses, the LA Times reported.

Ventura alleged the music mogul abused her during their decade-plus relationship. The pair settled out of court the next day, Fox 11 reported.

Joi Dickerson-Neal accused Combs of drugging and raping her in 1991, recording the attack and then distributing the footage without her consent, the LA Times reported.

Liza Gardner's suit claims Combs and Aaron Hall, of the group Guy, sexually assaulted her, the Times reported.

And a fourth suit alleged that Combs and former Bad Boy label president Harve Pierre gang-raped and sex-trafficked a 17-year-old girl, according to the Times.

Pierre has denied the allegations. Combs denied the allegations in an Instagram post last year.

Gooding in 2022 pleaded guilty to forcible touching in a criminal case alleging he violated three different women at Manhattan nightclubs. He also settled out of court last year with a woman who accused of him raping her a decade ago, the Times reported.
