Eataly’s La Pizza & La Pasta Launches an Immersive Tour of Italy, Starting in Rome

Eataly has reimagined its La Pizza & La Pasta experience with a fresh, regionally focused approach, inviting guests on a culinary journey through Italy’s most celebrated cities. This rotating series spotlights a different Italian region every eight weeks, offering an authentic taste of its unique food traditions, wines, and cultural heritage.

The first stop on the flavorful tour was Rome, in the Lazio region. The curated menu included Roman dishes and special events, interactive classes, and workshops creating a full-sensory immersion into the city’s rich culinary roots.

At the core of the experience is a menu that pays homage to Roman classics with Eataly’s signature touch. Guests can start with crispy tender fried artichokes or mozzarella and tomatoes and accompanied by a luscious Cacio e Pepe sauce. Pasta lovers can indulge in iconic dishes like Rigatoni alla Carbonara or a creamy Fettucine “Alfredo” made with Burro e Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP. Each dish celebrates the region’s deep food traditions while delivering modern flavor and comfort.

There is also an extensive cocktail menu.
