El Torito and Acapulco Offer Cinco de Mayo Specials

Xperience Restaurant Group’s El Torito and Acapulco restaurants will both be offering Cinco de Mayo specials for May 5.

Both restaurants will be offering satellite stations with special margaritas, shots and beers. Also, their Taco Tuesday specials will also be offered on Cinco de Mayo featuring $3 chicken, steak and carnitas tacos.

El Torito also has a new seasonal menu, perfect for celebrating Cinco de Mayo, including a fajita salad with chicken, lettuce, cotija cheese, avocado and crisp tortilla strips with a red-wine vinaigrette; fajita tacos with guajillo sauce and marinated chicken or steak, vegetables, bacon and rice; sizzling sirloin steak fajitas with ancho-chile marinated sirloin steak and frijoles de la olla, guacamole, sweet corn cake and tortillas; grilled chicken fajitas with citrus-chipotle marinated chicken, frijoles de la olla, guacamole and sweet corn cake and tortillas; fresh tableside guacamole and ignited fajitas supremas with ancho-chile marinated steak, chicken and shrimp served flaming at your table.

They also are serving up special drinks including a rosé margarita with Olmeca Altos Reposado and Cupcake Rosé, fresh lemon juice and agave nectar and a cilantro cucumber skinny margarita with Casa Noble Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and muddled cucumber and cilantro.
