Fatal Crash Shuts Down 10 Freeway Wednesday Morning
The four-vehicle crash left one person dead.
LOS ANGELES, CA — One person was killed early Wednesday morning in a four-vehicle crash on the 10 Freeway in Mid-City.
Officers responded just before 2 a.m. to the eastbound freeway near the South La Brea Avenue exit, where they found a Honda Civic and an Infiniti in the middle lanes of the freeway. Two other vehicles involved in the crash were on the right side of the road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person was killed in the crash, authorities said.

All eastbound lanes of the freeway were shut down in the aftermath. A single lane reopened by 4 a.m., KTLA reported.
All lanes had reopened by 6:35 a.m., according to the CHP.
