Fire Damages Vacant, One-Story Commercial Building In LA

Fire Sunday damaged a one-story, vacant commercial building in the Harvard Heights community of Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Fire Sunday damaged a one-story, vacant commercial building in the Harvard Heights community of Los Angeles.

Firefighters dispatched at 10:26 a.m. to 3386 W. Olympic Blvd. had the fire out within 20 minutes of their arrival, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.

"Crews prevented the fire from extending to the adjacent unit," Stewart said. "There are no injuries reported."
