FireAid Benefit Concert Aims To Support LA Wildfire Victims

The FireAid special benefit concert aims to provide support to those who lost everything in LA's devastating wildfires.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A FireAid benefit concert will be held at the end of the month to gather much-needed funds for Angelenos who have lost everything in historically devastating wildfires, Live Nation announced.

The concert will be held at the newly built Intuit Dome in Inglewood on Jan. 30 and is produced by Shelli, Irving and the Azoff family in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents. FireAid will be a night of music and solidarity, officials said, with the goal of rebuilding community and supporting prevention efforts.

"Our community is hurting right now. We hope this brings some healing and much-needed resources as we look toward recovery," the Azoff family said in a joint statement.

Proceeds from the concert will go towards a 501(c)(3) created for this event. Funds will be allocated specifically for rebuilding infrastructure, supporting displaced families and advancing fire prevention technology to ensure LA is better prepared for fire emergencies.

No additional information about the concert is available, but updates on tickets, donations and sponsorships for the special benefit concert will be provided on the Intuit Dome website.
