Stolen Plane Crashes At SFV Airport: Reports
A stolen plane crashed at the airport Thursday, according to reports.
VAN NUYS, CA — A small plane crashed into a hangar at the Van Nuys Airport early Thursday morning, according to reports.
A Cessna C172 struck the hangar at around 5 a.m.. The FBI is among the agencies investigating, KTLA reported.
The suspect — Ceffareno Michael Logan — was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft of an aircraft. Authorities say he trespassed onto airport property and stole the plane from a flight school, Los Angeles Airport Police told ABC 7.

The plane never took off: It struck the hangar while taxiing, KTLA reported.
Aerial footage aired by the stations shows the plane against the hangar, which had a hole in the wall where it was struck by the aircraft's nose.
