Hall Of Famer Faces Trial For Suspected Manslaughter: Report

A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is accused of distracted driving in a fatal collision with a pedestrian earlier this year.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Josh Klinghoffer will be arraigned on a manslaughter charge on Thursday, according to reports.

Klinghoffer, who has worked with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam and Jane's Addiction, is suspected of distracted driving in a fatal collision with pedestrian Israel Sanchez in Alhambra in March.

According to KTLA, Sanchez was walking in a crosswalk when he was struck by a GMC Yukon allegedly driven by Klinghoffer. Sanchez's daughter filed a lawsuit against Klinghoffer in July on behalf of her father.
