Homicide Investigation Launched After Woman Found Dead In Pomona

A homicide investigation is underway after a woman was found dead in Pomona on Saturday.

Police were called to the 900 block of W. Holt Avenue a little after 6:40 p.m. in response to reports of an unresponsive woman in the area, according to the Pomona Police Department.

The woman, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
