Suspect Hospitalized After Being Shot By Deputy In Los Angeles County
Deputies rendered medical aid to the suspect, who was taken to a nearby hospital.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A suspect was struck by deputy gunfire Sunday in the La Puente area of Los Angeles County.
The man was shot around 5:50 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Workman Mill Road, east of the California Country Club golf course and the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies rendered medical aid to the suspect, who was transported in unknown condition to a nearby hospital by Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel.
