LAPD Officers Involved In Jefferson Park Crash
Paramedics took the civilian driver to the hospital in critical condition. Two officers were taken to a hospital in stable condition.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A Los Angeles Police Department patrol vehicle and a civilian vehicle were involved in a collision Sunday in the Jefferson Park area, leaving the civilian driver in critical condition and the two officers stable.
The crash occurred at 5:57 p.m. Sunday at Adams Boulevard and Gramercy Place, LAPD Officer Tony Im told City News Service.
The patrol vehicle and the civilian vehicle were both eastbound on Adams Boulevard when the civilian vehicle made a left turn causing the police vehicle to crash into it, Im said.

Paramedics took the civilian driver to the hospital in critical condition and the two officers were taken to a hospital by ambulance with stable vital signs, he said.
The crash was under investigation.
