Man Armed With Axe Threatens 7-Eleven Store Clerk In Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA — A suspect armed with an axe was caught threatening a 7-Eleven store clerk in San Pedro Saturday.
Police were notified around 7 p.m. Saturday about a man with an axe at the convenience store at 1519 Gaffey St., near Capitol Drive.
The suspect was described as a roughly 30-year-old man. It was unclear why he threatened the worker with the axe.
