Paramedics were ready to meet the boxer upon landing.

The emergency occurred within a half hour of the landing in Los Angeles, but American Airlines flight 1815 got off to a rocky start due to heat in Miami.

The plane was unable to take off for two hours due to the excessive heat in Miami, In Touch reported.
