Missing Girl, 14, Last Seen On Her Way To School Thursday

A Los Angeles County teen has been missing for more than four days, and detectives are asking for the public's help finding her.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A 14-year-old Los Angeles girl has been missing since she left for school on Thursday but never made it to class, according to police. Authorities are asking for the public's help finding Promise Harvey and returning her safely to her family.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Promise was last seen Thursday morning near the 300 block of 88th Place. She was headed to school at the time. She never came home that day, and by the next morning, her family discovered she had missed school the day before as well.

She was reported missing by her family around 6:00 a.m. on Friday.

Promise is a 14-year-old Black girl with black hair and brown eyes, according to police. She weighs 110 pounds and is 5’04.” She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, tan pants, and black and blue shoes.
