Diddy Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Producer In LA County, Defiling Notorious B.I.G.'s Clothes
The LA County Sheriff's Department this week said it is investigating new allegations of sexual assault against Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department this week said it is investigating new allegations of sexual assault against Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is serving a four-year federal prison sentence, according to reports.
Authorities have not named the accuser, but Florida-based music producer Jonathan Hay identified himself as the complainant in social media posts that have since been removed, ABC News reported. The LA County Sheriff's Department said on Friday it has received the police report from a Florida department and its Special Victims Unit will investigate the claims.
The allegations under investigation mirror those made in a "John Doe" lawsuit filed against Combs in July; Hay identified himself in media interviews as that unnamed plaintiff, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The lawsuit states that in December 2020 the producer was in an LA County warehouse that housed some of the Notorious B.I.G.’s clothing, which were being donated to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ahead of the late rapper's induction to the hall, the Times reported.
The suit claims Combs provided drugs to everyone present in the warehouse. He “started watching porn on his cell phone, grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts off a rack, and began to masturbate with it in front of the plaintiff,” the suit states.

Combs eventually threw the shirt over the producer's lap and arm and with a laugh said “Rest in peace, Biggie” before leaving the room, according to the Times.
In another incident detailed in the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims he was set up in march 2021 — he claims he was lured into a meeting by Biggie’s son, Christopher “CJ” Wallace Jr., and music producer Willie Mack, the Times reported.
When he arrived to the meeting, the producer claims his head was covered and Combs yelled for everyone to leave. Combs then attempted to “to force plaintiff to perform oral copulation on Combs, while plaintiff’s head was still covered," the lawsuit states, according to the Times.
Combs' civil attorney Jonathan Davis said in a statement to NBC News: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus."
He added that Combs "categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
Combs was convicted in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution related to his use of prostitutes in "freak-offs."
