Nude Man Punches Toddler, Sexually Assaults Woman: Police
Ishmail Bangura, 33, was booked on suspicion of felony assault with intent to commit rape and burglary, police said.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A man was arrested for allegedly punching a 3-year-old girl inside an elevator and attacking a woman at her West Los Angeles home -- both while nude -- authorities said Saturday.
Officers were dispatched at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 2400 block of Barry Avenue, one block south of Pico Boulevard and a few blocks west of the San Diego (405) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
A suspect later identified as 33-year-old Ishmail Bangura had entered into the 63-year-old woman's home and threatened to kill and rape her, police said. She then ran out of her home and Bangura allegedly pushed her to the ground, got on top of her and again threatened to kill and rape her.

"Nearby residents removed him from her," according to an officer at the department's Media Relations Division.
Arriving officers then took the Los Angeles resident into custody. Paramedics transported the woman to a hospital, where her condition was not immediately clear.

Police said they later learned that Bangura -- also while nude -- had punched a 3-year-old girl while in a nearby apartment building elevator. The girl was treated and released at the scene.
